STAMP A VISA’s reserves the right to take action as it may decide, against any user or users with respect to any present or subsequent breach, or to advise or direct any breaching user to correct and repair its breach.
Restrictions on Use
The User shall not post any inappropriate content or information on this website. The User agrees to use this site only for its intended purpose, and the User shall not violate any laws, violate any third-party rights, or violate and policies or procedures of STAMP A VISA while using this site or procuring any services here from. The User shall not post anything abusive, defamatory, unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, libelous, threatening, obscene, anything containing any virus or other harmful or malicious content, anything that would encourage or constitute illegal conduct, criminal offense, or civil liability. The User shall not interfere with any technological operations of the website or try to manipulate the content on the website. STAMP A VISA may, in its sole discretion, or upon the advice or under the directions of its clients, limit, suspend, terminate, disable, or prevent any User from accessing/making use of its services or this site, prohibit or block access to this site, remove hosted content, and/or take technical or legal steps to keep a User off this website. The User shall not attempt to interfere with the proper working of STAMP A VISA’s website. The User shall not access or attempt to use or access any manual, mechanical, electrical, or electronic means, computer program, exploits, hacker tools or script, software or hardware tools, search engines either existing or that may be invented, either directly, indirectly, or through an device for the purpose of changing, modifying, posting, violating, misusing, abusing, erasing, hacking, distorting, slowing down, configuring any system or website to work for them; or causing denial of services to other users or on other computers or slowing/shutting down the STAMP A VISA website or any of its user features. Documentation
In order to ensure complete and timely assessment and processing of your application, STAMP A VISA reserves the right to comply with any request for additional information or supporting documentation received from any processing governmental agency, consulate office, embassy, or diplomatic mission. STAMP A VISA reserves the right to request such additional information or documentation prior to submission if it in good faith believes such additional information or documentation will be required in order to ensure receipt of a timely, and, hopefully, successful decision on any application for issuance of a visa, work visa, passport, or with regards to any other governmental decision sought.
Users understand that the final decision as to any application or other relief sought lay with the particular government agency, consulate office, diplomatic mission, or embassy personnel and not with STAMP A VISA. STAMP A VISA is not responsible for the decision made and is not involved in the particular decision-making process, and STAMP A VISA shall not be held responsible for any negative decision or denial of the requested relief sought once all of the proper documentation and information has been tendered. The User acknowledges that the appropriate government agency is the sole arbiter and is the final authority and determiner of the type, duration, number of entries, restrictions, annotations, or purposes of any travel or visa documents or other applications. For that reason, STAMP A VISA strongly recommends that no non-refundable travel tickets or reservations be purchased by any User or customer or client until after a positive decision on the travel documents, visas, or other applications all have been received and approved. Only exception is in cases, where it is mandatory to present travel itinerary for documents / case approval by Consulate / Embassy / Government office.
In order to ensure timely processing of travel document for all applicants, most government offices, consular and visa sections require the case submission based upon travel date. Therefore, STAMP A VISA reserves the right to prioritize documents submitted based on the travel dates submitted by each applicant.

Every effort shall be made by STAMP A VISA to ensure information accuracy and that it is updated in order to obtain the required visa, passport, or any other related or unrelated service for travel or immigration purposes. STAMP A VISA does not warrant any information that is provided, and the use of this site and STAMP A VISA services is at the User’s own risk.
Case Processing Time
Approximate case processing time will be advised by STAMP A VISA near the inception of your case. The estimated timeline provided will be based upon normal published processing days of the consulate, embassy office, consular section, ministry, or state department offices. The processing time will also be calculated based upon a normal rate of the client’s/applicant’s timely submission of all requested and required case documentation, and the usual office hours of the decision-makers operation, consular section timings, processing post location, local holidays, and related governing factors. The processing office, consulate, embassy, ministry, immigration office, or state department may request additional information or paperwork to ensure the best decision for the case submitted, and such requests may delay the final decision processing. STAMP A VISA shall timely advise if there is a need for additional information or documentation as such requests are received. STAMP A VISA shall not be held responsible or liable for negative decisions or denials resulting from case processing, as those decisions are solely in the discretion of the appropriate governmental agency and its personnel. A visa service charge shall be levied and collectible from the client / applicant without regard to the final decision rendered thereon. Embassy fees will be refunded only if the refund is offered by the processing embassy, consulate, or state department, or case processing office. STAMP A VISA services fees, courier charges, shipping fees, case processing fees, money order charges, or any other case-related charges shall not be refunded due to case delays or denials.
Refunds
In case the User, applicant, or client desires any cancellation of a service or request, please contact the STAMP A VISA office by telephone or email. If the service cancellation is confirmed prior to receipt of documents at the STAMP A VISA office, then no charges shall be levied. For all case orders canceled prior to submission to a governmental office, the applicant/client shall be assessed standard processing fees. The return shipping charges will be billed, or the User/applicant/client can request pre-paid return service. Once the case processing has begun, the service charges shall be levied and collected to the requestor/applicant/company.
Fees and Mode of Payment
STAMP A VISA will accept the following modes of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money order, bank cashier’s check. No personal checks or cash are accepted. Applicant/Client/Company/User agrees to pay all fees associated with issuance of money orders or cashier’s checks, as well as any and all case-related processing charges for any services offered by and rendered by STAMP A VISA or by any vendor or service provider, including courier service, acting for or upon the request of STAMP A VISA. The User/applicant/Client/company shall further be responsible for paying or reimbursing STAMP A VISA for advancing payment for any and all fees, taxes, government fees, shipping, courier, and other charges incurred or related to the purchase of any services from STAMP A VISA. Requirements and fees related to the processing of passports and visas are subject to change with little or no notice, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, or application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, all of which are subject to change frequently and with little if any prior notice.
Shipping
STAMP A VISA prefers to ship via Federal Express (FedEx) and using its shipping packaging, packing materials, and envelopes, but the applicant, user, or client is free to designate/use any other similar shipping agent. STAMP A VISA requires that when sending documents or other materials, the user/client/company/applicant shall insure its package and employ a shipper that provides for real-time tracking of the package. STAMP A VISA shall not be responsible for, and is absolutely not liable to the user/applicant/client/company for, any delays, or damages to or loss of documents or other package contents shipped by and through a third-party shipper, whether it be FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne, the United States Postal Service, or any other commercial shipping agent, whether shipped by STAMP A VISA or the client/user/applicant/company customer. User/applicant/client/company shall look only to the commercial shipping agent for damages in the event of package and content loss, delay, or damage as to any shipment. Therefore, STAMP A VISA requires that all packages sent to or sent by any party be insured for its real value, and User agrees to pay the cost for such insurance as part of the costs to be recouped by STAMP A VISA from User/client/company/applicant in the processing.
Service Description
STAMP A VISA makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the description of its provided services on its website. However, STAMP A VISA does not warrant the accuracy or completeness thereof or that they are error free. STAMP A VISA shall not be held responsible for any unintentional errors in information or for typographical errors in descriptions, definitions, and statements contained on its website. Consular offices, embassies, ministries, immigration departments/offices, and other governmental agencies often change documentation requirements, application forms, and related required fees with little or no advanced notice to the public or to agencies such as STAMP A VISA, and such changes can become effective immediately, with or without prior public comment, input, or notice. Therefore, the User/applicant/client/company employing STAMP A VISA services or advice agrees that it shall hold STAMP A VISA harmless and not responsible or liable for damages incurred as a result of any such governmental agency or department’s changes to its documentation, application, or fee requirements, and for any outdated, erroneous, or incomplete information contained on STAMP A VISA website, including, but not limited to, incorrect or incomplete information related to service descriptions, pricing, estimated processing times, processing dates, or for any delays or losses occasioned thereby. User/applicant/client/company as a customer of STAMP A VISA shall solely be responsible for complying with any such governmental changes in documentation, application, or fee requirements. The User/client/applicant/company further acknowledges that it understands that the final decision-making authority as to any service for which STAMP A VISA provides services lies solely with the governmental agency processing the request, and that STAMP A VISA cannot and shall not be responsible for any damages or losses occasioned by any delay in processing or approval or denial of any requested action by such governmental agency, that the decision-making agency may not provide sufficient information as to the reason(s) for any denial, that it may demand additional information or documentation at any time in the processing of the requested action, and that STAMP A VISA’s service fees may increase and be assessed based upon the actions or demands or changed requirements for issuance of travel or immigration documents by any such governmental agency that were unanticipated or unknown when User/applicant/client/company first entered into a business transaction through this website and with STAMP A VISA.
Service Description
By entering into a service contract or requesting services from STAMP A VISA you agree to grant STAMP A VISA permission to contact you via telephone, email, instant messaging, facsimile, or any other customary and available form of business or personal communication necessary to effectuate completion of the requested services or invoicing/collection for services rendered.
Security
By participating in the processing of your requested services and in providing documents to STAMP A VISA, you agree and certify that any and all information you provide shall be complete, accurate, and true to the best of your knowledge and personal information at the time of submission. You, the User, shall remain solely responsible for the continued confidentiality of your User ID (login name) and password associated therewith, and as to the strength of said password. You, the User, agrees not to disclose such information to any third person or entity unless it is your intention that such person or entity have complete access to your Personally Identifiable Information and the ability to request processing services in your name from STAMP A VISA. In the event you believe that your account has been accessed without your prior authorization by any third party, you agree to immediately notify STAMP A VISA in writing via email of such breach or unauthorized access, and you agree to hold STAMP A VISA harmless for any damages or losses occasioned by such breach or unauthorized access. User shall remain responsible for any and all use of the website and for paying for services requested through the use of its User ID and password (login information) whether authorized by User or not, until such time as User has notified STAMP A VISA of the unauthorized access or breach of its confidential login information AND until STAMP A VISA has had a reasonable time to investigate and block further unauthorized access to the STAMP A VISA website. Any delays or losses occasioned by such unauthorized access, as well as any fees or costs related to requests for services made until such time as such unauthorized access has been terminated and blocked shall remain the sole responsibility of the User, which agrees to tender payment on demand as required by STAMP A VISA for any services requested, or for fees or other costs incurred by STAMP A VISA on behalf of User whether such were User-authorized transactions or not.
Intellectual Property
Any User of the website or requestor of services from STAMP A VISA acknowledges that any and all written materials as well as website content provided to User, other than official government forms, are copyrighted materials owned by STAMP A VISA unless otherwise noted in such materials or website content, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, and software applications and code therefore, are protected as a collective work as well as individually by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties, and other proprietary rights and laws of the United States of American and other countries. All logos, images, website design and content, text, graphics, software, applications, HTML code used to generate Web pages on STAMP A VISA‘s website, and any other written materials other than official government documents and forms or as otherwise noticed by STAMP A VISA shall remain fully owned by and the property of STAMP A VISA, and User shall not copy, adapt, modify, sketch, paint, or otherwise reproduce or modify in any manner whatsoever such content or documentation without first obtaining the prior written authorization and permission of STAMP A VISA. All other logos, service marks, trademarks, individual articles, columns, and other written content appearing on the STAMP A VISA website and identified as being the property of third parties shall remain said third parties, property, and such content shall not be reproduced or copied, other than for acceptable and legally-permitted personal use, without first obtaining written permission from any such other content owner. User may copy or reproduce STAMP A VISA-owned content only for personal, non-commercial use as allowed by law, and User shall not distribute any such personal-use copied or reproduced content to third-parties.

Indemnity

No Class Action Participation Allowed

Injunctive Relief
The User hereby acknowledges that its violation of any attempted violation of any of these Terms and Conditions of use would cause irreparable damage to STAMP A VISA, and that the exact amount of such damages would be difficult to ascertain and quantify, and for which, therefore, there may be no adequate remedy at law. Therefore, the User agrees that in the event of any breach by User of these Terms and Conditions of use that STAMP A VISA shall have the right, at its sole option, to seek and obtain injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction that shall restrain any past, present, or future User violation or attempted violation of these Terms and Conditions of use by User, its affiliates, partners, owners, shareholders, directors, agents, servants, family members, members, employees, officers, or other management. In addition, it is agreed that STAMP A VISA shall be entitled to obtain as further relief in such litigation recovery of any specific damages it may have incurred as a result of such breach, along with its reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees, costs of court, legal expenses, and interest as allowed at law./p>
Jurisdiction and law to be applied in event of litigation
User agrees that in the event that any dispute may arise out of the use of this website or the provision of services by STAMP A VISA as between User and STAMP A VISA, Texas law and procedure shall apply in any litigation arising there from, and, further, that any and all litigation or lawsuit shall be filed only in a Texas Judicial District Court and venue shall lie only in Harris County, Texas USA. These Terms and Conditions of use (along with the STAMP A VISA Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas in all respects, no matter in what forum any suit or other action may be brought or attempted.
