- Having One point Contact with our Specialist Consultant – to initiate contact with applicant / Visa coordinator / Project manager/ Contacting your Travel Team for support itineraries or any involved parties.
- Securing all needed paperwork
- Online application preparation
- Preparing Letters of Guarantee (with your approval / templates provided)
- Coordinating LOI’s from your zone offices – as needed
- Keeping all parties informed of case status & progress – each step of the way, via emails, text alerts, web portal updates (as instructed)
- Preparing dispatch shipment labels (with your pre-paid FedEx / UPS A/cs or as directed)
- Sending scanned copies of Visa issued / service completed to all involved parties

All documents received at our office undergo SAVe Pre-Check Service, which screens all required paperwork specific to the category, country, duration and other pertinent data related to the Visa / Services needed – to avoid any mistakes or delays.
Experienced Stamp A Visa experts will review and check your scanned documents (if sent in advance) to confirm that your application is ready to be filed, and will promptly alert you if there is information that needs to be corrected.

CLIENT WEB PORTAL ACCESS - The SAV client portal makes it easy to securely access, manage all your personnel information, their Visas issued,View Invoice, additional services, anytime and from anywhere. Quickly and easily share documents or folders with users inside and outside of your company or firm. You can access the client portal securely from any Web browser or Internet-enabled mobile device.
DIGITAL PHOTO SERVICE – We recommend our clients / applicants to take a photo against white / light grey background, and send to us via email / text message. Most Visa / Work Permits photos are shot on a white background and printed on glossy photo paper. The photos are printed in sets of 2 at nominal cost.
We have the ability to meet most Visa passport photo requirements. If you are unsure about your international Visa photo specification, please contact our offices – We can assist you with variety of different countries’ photo requirement. All photos are kept on file for future use / as needed basis. It is highly recommended that the Visa / passport photos be changed every 6 months – to ensure recent resemblance.
EMBASSY REGISTRATION, while travelling Internationally - The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service to allow U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. We are glad to assist the travelers with the STEP registration, as requested.
