Checklist of paperwork required for TOURIST Visa:
- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank adjacent (facing) visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
- Three (3) visa application forms, electronically typed, completed and duly signed by the applicant Please ensure:

- Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
- showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription glasses
- Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
- A copy of the travel itinerary
- Letter from Applicant's bank - confirming that minimum $ 500 are available in funds for travel
- Copy of International Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)
- Additional for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa
Time Taken: 24 hrs - 2 weeks
Visa Processing Fee: $ 100 (Multiple entry - 1 year validity); $ 40.00 (additional for 1 week processing); $ 180.00 (additional for SAME / NEXT DAY processing)
