Tajikistan Travel Visa Required For Citizens of United States.
Checklist of paperwork required for the Tourist Visa:
- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
- Two (2) sets of Visa application form duly filled Online, PRINT & SIGN
- Every section of the application form must be completed.
- Incomplete forms will be subject to delay
- Two (2) recent photographs
- passport size. (2 x 2 in)
- Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
- showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription glasses
- Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
- Photocopy of the passport photo I/d page
- A copy of the travel itinerary
- Stay Confirmation in Tajkistan OR Tourist Confirmation - If traveling as part of a tour group, an official letter of invitation from a travel agency in Tajikistan, addressed to "The Embassy of Tajikistan, Washington"
- A copy of the Tajikistan agency's business license.
- If you are a U.S legal resident, provide a copy of your Alien Card / or legal resident status in USA
- Additional for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa.
Time Taken: 3 - 7 business days
Visa Processing Fee: $ 25 (Single entry - 30 days validity); $ 25.00 (additional fee for RUSH processing) - Consular section closed every WED

For your travel, please ensure that:

- A Company letter of guarantee on official letterhead, stating the name and position of the applicant in the company, purpose of visit or nature of business to be performed, full names & address of business reference in Tajkistan, duration of stay, guarantee of return transportation and financial support while in Tajkistan
- Photocopy of the passport photo I/d page
- A copy of the travel itinerary
- Invitation from Business associates in Tajkistan. For Multiple entry Visas - an official letter of invitation issued by the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, is required.
