For your travel, please ensure that:

Checklist of paperwork required for the Business Visa:

- Two (2) sets of Visa application form duly filled Online, PRINT & SIGN
- Every section of the application form must be completed.
- Incomplete forms will be subject to delay
- Two (2) recent photographs
- passport size. (2 x 2 in)
- Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
- showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription glasses
- Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
- A Company letter of guarantee on official letterhead, stating the name and position of the applicant in the company, purpose of visit or nature of business to be performed, full names & address of business reference in Thailand, duration of stay, guarantee of return transportation and financial support while in Thailand
- Letter of Invitation from Company / Business associate in Thailand - if any
- Photocopy of the passport photo I/d page
- A copy of the travel itinerary
- If you are a U.S legal resident, provide a copy of your Alien Card / or legal resident status in USA
- Additional for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa.
Time Taken: 3 business days
Visa Processing Fee: $ 80 (Single entry - 3 month validity); $ 200 (Multiple entry - 1 year validity)
