Checklist of paperwork required for the Tourist Visa:
- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
- One (1) Visa application form duly filled Online, PRINT & SIGN
- Every section of the application form must be completed.
- Incomplete forms will be subject to delay
- One recent photographs
- passport size. (2 x 2 in)
- Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
- showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription glasses
- Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
- Copy of entire passport pages - having any photo I/d info, any Visas, any Entry stamps.
- A copy of the travel itinerary
- Additional for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa.
NOTE: Multiple entry Visas are Only issued with an invitation letter issued by the Department of Entry, Exit and Citizenship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Time Taken: 5 - 10 business days
Visa Processing Fee: $ 160 (Single / Multiple entry - 30 days validity) $ 60.00 (additional fee for RUSH processing)

- A Company letter of guarantee on official letterhead, stating the name and position of the applicant in the company, purpose of visit or nature of business to be performed, full names & address of business reference in Uzbekistan, duration of stay, guarantee of return transportation and financial support while in Uzbekistan
- Business multiple or single-entry visas issued only upon the confirmation received by the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. Formal written request for issuance of visa must be submitted by the inviting organization in Uzbekistan (Government office, embassy or representative office etc.) to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan (address: 9 Uzbekistan Street, Tashkent, 100029)
