Venezuela Travel Visa Required For Citizens of United States.
Checklist of paperwork required for the Tourist Visa:
- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
- Two (2) Visa application form, electronically typed, completed and duly signed by the applicant Please ensure: Application forms must be completed in full & no column to be left blank.
- Application MUST BE FILLED with BLACK Ink
- Original signature of the applicant on each page of Visa form.
- Please fill answers to all questions on the visa - do not leave any section blank. If any portion does not apply - please write N/A or "not-applicable"
- Applications with incomplete information - may be subject to delay
- Two (2) recent photographs
- passport size. (2 x 2 in)
- Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
- Same photo should not have been used in the past on the passport or any previously held visa.
- showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription glasses
- Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
- Reference letter issued by a banking institution that certifies the applicant's good standing and the date he opened his account.
- Letter from the applicant's employer (stating the date on which the applicant began working for the company and his current position) confirming that the leave has been granted for travel to Venezuela for period requested.
- A copy of the travel itinerary - Showing travel after 2 weeks from the date of submission.
- Proof of accommodations or Confirmed hotel reservations for the entire duration of stay in Venezuela (Date must correspond to the dates in the travel itinerary, Letter of Guarantee and Invitation letter)
- In individual cases, you may be required to provide additional documents.
- Additional for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa.

- A Company letter of guarantee on official letterhead - stating the name and position of the applicant in the company, purpose of visit or nature of business to be performed, full names & address of business reference in Venezuela, duration of stay, guarantee of return transportation and financial support while in Venezuela
- Letter of invitation from the Inviting company in Venezuela stating applicant's name, passport details, purpose & duration of stay.
- A copy of the travel itinerary - Showing travel after 2 weeks from the date of submission.
- Proof of accommodations or Confirmed hotel reservations for the entire duration of stay in Venezuela(Date must correspond to the dates in the travel itinerary, Letter of Guarantee and Invitation letter)

- If you are a U.S legal resident, provide a copy of your Alien Card / or legal resident status in USA
