- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank adjacent (facing) visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
- One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant
- One passport-sized photo (attached to application form)
- A request Letter from applicant addressed to the "The Embassy of Chad" from stating applicant's name, passport details, the purpose and duration of your trip, sponsorship information and financial guarantee for expenses that will be incurred in Chad.
- In individual cases, you may be required to provide additional documents.
- Additional requirements for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa
- Copy of proposed Travel itinerary
Time Taken: 5 - 7 business days in Washington DC. Rush processing time of 1 - 3 days is also available with payment of expedite fees.
Visa Processing Fee: $150 (1 month single entry Visa); $200 (3 months multiple entry Visa); $250 (6 months multiple entry Visa).
