China Travel Visa Required For Citizens of United States.
Checklist of paperwork required for the Tourist Visa:
- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
- Copy of Passport’s photo I/d and data page
- One (1) visa application form, electronically typed, completed and duly signed by the applicant, Please ensure:
- Application forms must be completed in full & no column to be left blank.
- Application MUST BE FILLED ONSCREEN ONLY (Handwritten applications are not acceptable for Visa processing)
- Please fill answers to all questions on the visa - do not leave any section blank. If any portion does not apply - please write N/A or "not-applicable"
- Col. 3.6 must be duly completed (irrespective of the family accompanying or not)
- Original signature of the applicant on the Visa form (col. 6.2)
- Applications with incomplete information - may be subject to delay
- Additional form duly filled and signed by applicant
- One (1) recent photograph
- passport size. (2 x 2 in)
- Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
- showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription eyewear
- Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
- A copy of the travel itinerary
- Stay Confirmation OR An Invitation Letter from Tourist Group OR Invitation Letter for Tourist Visa issued by a Duly Authorized Tourism Unit in China
- Additional for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa.
Time Taken: 4 business days (per consular discretion)
Visa Fee: $140.00; RUSH ADDITIONAL FEE: $25.00 - Visa can be issued within 3 business days

- Date of Birth
- Purpose of Visit in detail
- Date of arrival / leaving
- Places to visit
- Confirmation of stay arrangements
- Information of inviter – name, phone number address, company seal and signature of legal representative
