Cambodia Visa Requirements

USA nationals can obtain a Visitor's Visa upon arrival for stay of maximum 30 days.

Travelers must hold:

• 1 passport size photo.
• Fee: USD 25 - Business Visa

Stay Extensions are possible locally in Cambodia:

• if traveling on Business purposes:
  • 1 month extension - Fee: USD 45
  • 6 months extension - Fee: USD 155
  • 1 year extension - Fee: USD 285

NOTE: It is highly recommended to obtain the Visa prior to travel to Cambodia.

Checklist of paperwork required for the Business Visa:

• Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
• Online visa application form, electronically typed, completed and duly signed by the applicant Please ensure:
  • Application forms must be completed in full & no column to be left blank.
  • Original signature of the applicant on each set of Visa form.
  • Please fill answers to all questions on the visa form - do not leave any section blank. If any portion does not apply - please write N/A or "not-applicable"
  • Applications with incomplete information - may be subject to delay
• One (1) recent photograph
  • passport size. (2 x 2 in)
  • Photos must be recent, frontal-view, untouched, taken on white background
  • showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription eyewear
  • Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
• A company letter of guarantee on official letterhead - stating the name and position of the applicant in the company, purpose of visit or nature of business to be performed, full names & address of business reference in Cambodia, duration of stay, guarantee of return transportation and financial support while in Cambodia.
• Letter of invitation from the Inviting company in Cambodia, stating applicant's name, passport details, purpose & duration of stay.
• A copy of the travel itinerary
• Additional for non-US citizens:
  • Copy of original passport
  • Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa

Time Taken: 3 business days

Visa Processing Fee: $25.00 - Fees must be paid in US dollars with either a money order or cashier's check.

IMPORTANT

For your travel, please ensure that:

• Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
• Proof of sufficient funds required to cover the stay and / or documents for the next / onward destination.
• Important - to hold return / onward tickets, or else traveler can be denied entry.
