The Virgin Islands, commonly known as the British Virgin Islands (BVI), is a British overseas territory located in the Caribbean to the east of Puerto Rico.

The British Virgin Islands consist of the main islands of TortolaVirgin GordaAnegada, and Jost Van Dyke, along with over fifty other smaller islands and cays.

US Nationals do not require a Visa for British Virgin Islands for a maximum stay of 3 months.

IMPORTANT

For your travel, please ensure that:

  • Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
  • Proof of sufficient funds required to cover the stay and / or documents for the next / onward destination.
  • Important - to hold return / onward tickets, or else traveler can be denied entry.
